I decided to start the company after many "house calls" to help friends and family with a wide variety of technical problems with their home computers and other electronic devices. I really enjoyed helping people and was amazed by how relieved most people were to have their computer working normally again. I started to understand the feeling of relief after hearing more than a few people complain about slow response times, "out-sourced" phone support, and quick fix solutions with no explanation from "some kid that knows about computers". It didn't take long to recognize a need for people to have a reliable source of local technical support to resolve basic problems quickly.
