I have always felt that my computer was not as productive as I would like it to be. I decided to ask Craig to help me clean out unwanted programs and make my computer more efficient. My experience has always been waiting for long periods of time on a phone and being directed to someone that has been outsourced and never fully understood my concerns. After feeling frustrated and discouraged, I decided to give Craig a chance. He was extremely helpful, and addressed all of my issues in a timely manner. In the end, the entire process was a pleasant experience and my computer is faster and working to its full potential. Craig has been helping me with my computers for about 5 years now. He has done everything from removing viruses and spyware to reinstalling windows and even a new hard drive and video card.
